How to buy online


Its always advisable to visit our store to try on several outfits – quite often the one you nearly didn’t try is the one you end up buying! You are also able to get the feel and the whole look with trying on accessories to complement.  As we are situated in a lovely part of Leicester next to Richard the Third Historic Quarter in the Lanes surrounded by lovely lunch and coffee venues, why not make it a day out!

When you have found your perfect outfit we have co-ordinating hats,fascinators,shoes and handbags carefully chosen to  co-ordinate.


Bust – Place tape measure under arms and  across back and over fullest part of bust.

Waist – Natural waistline

Hips – Please measure widest part of hips


Most of our garments are fitted and may require alittle alteration!

This is why we recommend a shop visit if possible as we do alterations in-house.  However with just a small adjustment- lifting shoulders, taking up alittle hem the look can be transformed! It may be easier than you think please give us a call or send us a photo so that we can offer advice!


Please take care when adjusting outfits for alterations , if returned garments must be in perfect condition.


Outfits must be returned within seven/eight days of purchase being sent/arrival. They must be in the same perfect condition as purchased.  All returns must be sent by Special Delivery tracked and signed for by yourself. Kindly note postage is not refundable.


This is the sole responsibility of the buyer and a refund will not be made if the outfit is damaged.  All swing tickets must be in a place and outfits not have been worn.  We use Royal Mail  Special Delivery and recommend that you do the same.  Please keep all tracking details safe just in case anything goes astray. When A parcel arrives or collected please check packaging  for  damage and inspect contents.  If there  is damage please ask the delivery man/collection to make a note.

Finally the above guide and conditions of sale are in place to protect you and  ourselves from any misunderstanding.  We want you to find our service helpful, easy and efficient.

Please note, we only give refunds on goods bought online, we do not refund outfits bought in our store.
